FAQ

Will there be a rehearsal dinner?

No, but we encourage all our guests to arrive by Friday 27th June 2025, so you have time to settle in before the big day.
Copenhagen has so much to offer and if you’re looking for recommendations please follow this link:

What should I wear?

We would like our guests to wear smart casual attire to encourage a relaxed atmosphere. Think smart shoes, a shirt and trousers, or a dress. Light colours are preferred since it is a summer wedding. The weather in Denmark in June can be unpredictable, ranging from 15’ to 26’, so please bring something warm for the evening.

Who should I contact if I want to give a speech?

It’s common in Denmark for guests to give speeches and sing songs at weddings. If you'd like to participate, please contact Emilia’s Father David before May 1st, 2025 via E-mail: daad@thecatalyser.com. However, this is entirely optional!

Can I bring my children?

We have decided to make our wedding primarily a 16+ occasion, so we kindly ask that you arrange childcare for the little ones. However, we understand that it may not always be possible to arrange childcare. If that’s the case, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us, and we can discuss potential options together.

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?

While we completely understand the temptation to capture moments with your phone, we kindly ask that you refrain from taking pictures during the ceremony. We have hired an extremely talented photographer, Kristjan Løk, and we want him to capture your beautiful faces, not your phones.

Please also remember to silence or turn off your phones during the ceremony to fully enjoy this special moment with us.

How can I inform you of my dietary requirements?

Please let us know if you have any dietary requirements including preferences and allergies when you RSVP. Please do so by March 2025 and we will do our best to accommodate for your dietary needs.
